“The most positive shopping experience I've had in years! We were greeted warmly at the door even though we do not look like the typical (aka wealthy) Annapolis shoppers. I knit so am familiar and love alpaca yarn products. It was total luxury to feel the wonderful alpaca knits in scarves, ponchos, and wraps even in 90 degree heat. We slowly ventured into the back room where coats and wraps and longer garments lived and our daughter found the most beautiful cape in the world. Elaine, the shop mistress, could not have been nicer and more positive with all our questions and comments and hesitancy. We purchased the cape in secret as a Christmas present for our daughter and Elaine arranged to have it shipped. The package arrived today with the sweetest note from her I've ever read. It will be a Christmas to remember, thanks to Elaine and those amazing alpacas.”

“While in Park City for a ski holiday, we discovered this wonderful store. The website doesn't do it justice -- you must visit the store to see how beautiful the clothes are. The service and sales staff were excellent. They were very helpful showing us the various ways to wear the scarves, shawls and jackets. “Went here in 2023, beautiful store with beautiful sweaters. A bit expensive, but given the quality of the material and workmanship, I assume it’s fairly priced. Was wondering if they also happened to sell alpaca yarn so I asked one of the employees if they did and apparently they don’t, which is fine. What wasn’t fine was how rude that employee, an older woman, was to me and the way she made me feel stupid for asking. Instead of just saying “no, we don’t sell yarn here” she said something like “ma’am, we sell sweaters handcrafted by artists in Peru, we do NOT sell yarn here” in a really haughty tone while glaring at me. Like yeah, I can see the sweaters? I was just wondering if yarn was also sold there, since I’ve been to other similar stores that sell both. Looking through other reviews here, seems like other people may have met the same employee I did.”
